Falling into step with the older man is easy enough for Bob who's by now draped his shirt over one shoulder and is still clutching Javert's black hanky in one of his hands.

He glances down at the square of dark fabric, smirks a bit and then swirls it around until it's twisted into something firm. Only then does he fold the two ends together to make what looks like a black bracelet. He can't help but fidget when he's got anything in his hands.

"You should be more careful about who you're handing this out to, mate. Don't want people getting the wrong idea about you. Or maybe it's the right idea. Dunno, I don't judge."
