Colleagues: Nikolai works at the tavern as a bar wench alongside Lottie. Other coworkers that I know of are Iron Bull, Murphy (rip) and Jem, who he probably talks with regularly during the course of their shifts. He also has assisted Alicent with her daycare project, and patrols with the City Watch.
Roommates: Felipe (when he's alive)
NPCs: Recently forged a mutually beneficial business partnership with Nikita, as well as with Vojislav and Iskra.
Close friends: YMMV on close friendship, but Nikolai's close friends also include some people he may technically be dating ie Quentin, Alina. Ianthe for sure occupies this category. Eddie is making inroads here, as well as Hopper and JGY due to well captivity. He has lots of acquaintances that haven't quite leveled up one way or another just yet, ie Daryl, the Targs, Lottie are hovering on the edge of this designation.
Family:
Characters from the same world: Three canonmates! Alina, Kirigan and Zoya. Most anyone would be able to connect the dots by mention of Ravka, as Nikolai has spoken pretty freely about his country of origin and his status as member of its royal family. He shares more stories about Ravka than he does about his canonmates, so while anyone can link them, probably unlikely that Nikolai has spoken about them at length beyond confirming them as people from his world. (Unless you're Quentin, who has some detail about Alina and Kirigan from him.)
Enemies: Nikolai has not cultivated any enemies (TO HIS KNOWLEDGE) in Rubilykskoye among villagers or other Void-Touched. HOWEVER, Kirigan is his enemy. Observant individuals could pick up that there is some tension between them (Ianthe has noted as much in some of their threads, and I believe Quentin may have an idea of it pending outcomes of current threads and his conversations with Alina) but Nikolai takes a lot of care to avoid making this animosity obvious. If asked about Kirigan directly, he's polite and brief in his answers about him. People are certainly welcome to pry for more detailed answers, good luck!!

Roommates: she doesn't have a roommate, but the Targs are working on getting their own place. Aemond often hangs around her room.

Close friends: Gilia and Alicent often do embroidery and pray together in the boarding house. she and Zoya are close so i guess they go on walks or something? she's friendly with Eddie, they have also been seen together? i wouldn't call Cesare her friend necessarily, but they've had intense conversations after moot hall. in the future she will be friends with Robin i think! on the network she often talks with Jim, Nikolai, Kovacs and Zoya.

Family: Aemond (son), Aegon (son) and Rhaenyra (step-daughter/childhood friend)). during the proxy plot it was accidentally revealed by Aemond on the network that they're related and Alicent spoke in his and Aegon's defense at the moot hall, so it's public information now. she's mentioned Rhae to Jim, but no one else knows that she's her step-daughter. whenever she goes out she's often accompanied by Aemond. she's rarely seen with Aegon, but those living in the boarding house may have heard her screaming at him or once saw/heard her chasing him.

Alicent Hightower (mother) :Before it became public knowledge, they were known to be close. Aemond has spent a lot of time with her in Rubi. Their relationship was revealed during the Slendy plot on the public network and now everyone knows he's a fuckin mamas boy through the grapevine.

Aegon Targaryen (brother) : They don't spend a lot of time together but they arrived to Rubi together and room together. Is known to help get Aegon out of his own messes. They've referred to each other as brothers in several conversations, this is well established.

Rhaenyra Targaryen (half-sister) : They look similar and people might make the connection if they hear their last names. IDK. He has acknowledged in conversation that his sister is here with some people and Aegon has as well IIRC. She was rooming with Aemond during the Slendy plot since his family was insane. He also sometimes stalks her around town at night.

Colleagues: Split time between the daycare and fight club (maybe?) So he's mostly interacted with Billy, Daniel, Alicent, Nikolai, Eddie. At Fight club, that would include Terry & Zoya for sure.

Roommates: He lives with Aegon at the boarding house, this is probably common knowledge by now. (though Aegon has spent a good portion of that time being drunk in corners or running around being a proxy. )

Billy: These two have had it out for each other on the network and face to face. Aemond defended Aegon after the ~fappening~ and openly threatened Billy when he teased him about being a mommy's boy. Also seen bickering and fighting during daycare time...all because Billy can't milf trap Alicent like the other moms.

Cesare: The spat between him and Aegon was public and Aemond has been carrying around Cesare's dagger since then. He generally avoids him but has been collecting all the drama around him especially what he did to Aegon. Thinks his half-transformation in January makes him an abomination and generally sees him as a Threat to his family. STAY AWAY.

Murphy: Everyone knows he slendered Aemond's family. Yes, he will be taking this personally for the foreseeable future. Yes, he was glaring daggers at the moot hall during people testifying to his innocence. He's holding his revenge card close to heart on this one, but just imagine him frowning whenever his name comes up.

Crushes: Currently crushing hard on Zoya. They spent a lot of time together investigating the Slender together, patrolling Rubi at night flirting loudly and annoyingly, rode her as a dragon. He'll get really defensive if he's asked about it.

Lovers: Only occasionally with Eddie. Billy might have caught wind of this in a conversation, but otherwise it has not been a public affair at all. Historians will say ~they hang out sometimes~

Colleagues: Works as an assistant to Dr. Gregory House at the hospital clinic. When House is on duty it's not unusual to hear them exchanging barbs back and forth unless one of them is in a mood. If Junpei is bitching and House seems amused, you know it's a good day. Most of the rest of the staff just tunes it out at this point.
Roommates: Junpei lives by himself (ooc: in the 'mouse house') in a goat barn that's been converted into a very wee living quarters.
NPCs: The little old lady that owns the property the goat barn resides on has taken to considering Junpei one of her children. She regularly fusses at him about if he's satiated his zadza and is staying away from 'troublemakers'. She may or may not often try and set him up with 'a nice young man' that Junpei has to make some excuse not to go on a date with.
Close friends: The people he feels closest to are Quentin, Mahito, Ankari, Iggy, Ianthe, and Murphy. He's starting to form closer bonds to Mavis and Aristaeus thanks to their shared care for Murphy, and Gilia is someone he tends to be gentler with than others.
Characters from the same world: Mahito, the curse who gave him the ability to summon his shikigami. A few people know about this, mostly people that Ianthe has told after Junpei had told her. Junpei overlooks a lot of Mahito's more disturbing qualities with the excuse that he is not human and therefore can't be held to human standards. Is well aware how dangerous he is but believes he's an exception to that danger.
Enemies: BILLY ... okay. So enemies is way too harsh a term. Billy knows how to pluck his nerves in just the right way, but he was there to try and help Murphy so Junpei doesn't hate hate him. Just remains confused why half the town seems smitten with him. Now Cesare ... Cesare is much closer to hatred. He remembers the awful things he said about Quentin, knows he emotionally hurt Gilia, and just hates his whole VIBE. Junpei isn't exactly quiet about either of them so yeah people know.
Crushes: Hahahaaaaaaa ... Junpei has two major crushes and several more low simmering crushes. His longest running crush in Rubi is on House, ever since he first met him face to face and House said the right thing at the right time and oops. He was the first man to ever flirt with Junpei in his short life, and it put a hook in the boy that's only sunk in deeper since. Things have very much left 'crush' territory at this point. A few people know about this because he's blatantly obvious - the whole hospital staff probably knows about it. Second major crush is John Murphy. One day Murphy invited Junpei out to have some 'fun trouble', which led to a vodka flavored kiss on a rooftop. Things only deepened when they shared a Void hallucination about being two dumb high schoolers in love. Iggy calls him Junpei's boyfriend, Billy asked if they're fucking. It's also probably fairly obvious, especially after his speech at the Moot Hall. Ari is giving him doki dokis. Danny is a health hazard.

Close friends: javert wouldn't consider him a friend but he and daniel larusso have been sharing meals together in the boarding house, within eyesight of anyone who might see daniel in the kitchen cooking for him.

Enemies: surprisingly no one — the only one who irritates him is lestat but they are not antagonistic.

Crushes: not a crush, but every time he sees khoriya, he gets a little hot under the collar. stalked and bit sweeney when he was partially transformed because he fascinates him, but he's trying to repress that to keep it from happening again. any old men, tall men, bears will probably notice him staring uncomfortably because he doesn't know how to flirt.

Lovers: khoriya ue theros on multiple occasions, including a public demonstration where javert was tied up and cut/stabbed. johnny slaughter, whom javert has taken up to his room in the boarding house at least twice. he and jesse pinkman hooked up at the toga party in plain view of everyone and had a conversation about their void hookup in one of the bars in town. he indulged in messy food play with grady numbers at the yuleory, and a one-time hookup with john gaius at the toga party. lestat de lioncourt also had him publicly as part of a demonstration on whipping. he's also slept with jim hopper & terry silver but only in the void au.
