In contrast to her earlier distraction, Ianthe had her rapt attention in that moment as Peony soaked in the fresh knowledge hungrily. But a strange chord was vibrating at the back of her mind. There was something uncomfortably familiar in her description to a pact. An agreement between two where one side held more power over the other but at the agreement of the terms exchanged. She brushed that thought away - there was no good ruminating on it, Lady Titania wasn't speaking to her currently for some unknown reason.

She chewed over the thought for a moment. To be dominant in this context meant to be a caretaker rather than a tyrant. She crinkled her nose; how bloody overcomplicated. Did people really find sex so dull that they had to add additional rules to it?
