"It is very much abnormal," Vex says with more force than she's shown so far, a little flare of frustration that's not directed at Jughead. "A single dragon might appear occasionally, and one is more than enough to ruin villages and lives before they're either killed or move on. Usually they hate each other as much as they hate everything else."
